Let’s explore some specific Sage X3 Capabilities and how these Capabilities deliver a FASTER, more INTUITIVE and TAILORED experience.

1) Rich Integration and Simpler Management.
-Because the Software integrates all processes it is easier for a System Administrator to manage Setups and activities in a single place.

2) Intuitive Data
- The next example shows that graphical data can easily be accessed based on job roles from the Landing pages in the main interface of Sage X3. For example a Change Control Manager can quickly view change requests and impacts information at a glance.

3) Self-service Reporting tools
- Many Reports are also available in the Software for all modules. In this example you are pre-viewing customer records. You can preview and print any business document as well such as sales orders, invoices, etc directly from the function or from the reports menu from the main interface.

4) Role based processes, personalisation by user and HMTL5 web interface.
- The system is robust which means that users have got to navigate the software based on the visual presentation of the typical process or best practice for their role. In this example, the Sales Administrator can view and access the functions here for the job role.

5) Mobile Access to all functions.
- You can access any function of Sage X3 from a mobile device in a user friendly interface that can be personalized to the user’s preferences.

6) Access from a grid. Access from the right panel.
- Sage X3 allows for direct access to Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint through data sources. Also many grids throughout the system allow you to export the data to excel by clicking the action icon in the grid. Many functions provide access to Excel and Word from the right panel. This allows the business to connect to any web platform data source for faster and secure access to their data.

7) 2-Way Microsoft Office Integration
- Where information is presented in a graph you can export the information to a PowerPoint slide. In this example you can export the graph to a PowerPoint slide.

The Sage Business Cloud Marketplace is a central depository for information on ISVs and Add-onns like in further extended Sage X3 Solutions. How to Access Sage Business Cloud Marketplace: Open your browser, type in http://www.sage.com/Marketplace And enter. Select country of your choice eg UK. Select the Product eg Sage X3 Enter. You can then see the various Solutions that integrates with Sage X3. You can also select by indu or function, eg by Inventory function and you can be linked to the correct Solutions for Inventory.
