Title Fly
is a single sheet of paper with only the title of the report on it.
Title Page
Includes: title of report, the name, title, address of the person/group/org that authorized the report, the name/title/address of group/people that prepared the report, the date on which the report was submitted
Letter of Authorization
is a document that instructs you to produce a report,
Letter of Acceptance
is your written agreement to produce the report
Letter of Transmittal
a specialized form of a voer letter that is usually positioned right before the TOC, introduces your report to the audience
List of Illustrations
A list of illustrations and the their origins
Synopsis (aka?)
Can also be called an abstract
Supplementary Parts
folow the text of the report and provide info for readers who seek more detailed discussion
Appendix
Contains materisla related to the rport but not included in the text because they are too long, or perhaps not relevant to everyone
