Everything should be done to keep a child from having to go to a more restrictive setting if possible.

Is the release of a sponsor possible after a transfer to LTFC?
A
Yes - I’d a sponsor is identified after a transfer to ORR LTFC, the process still must be pursued, and case managers should continually assess cases for this
