The supervisor’s responsibilities:

A
  • tell the offending party to stop immediately in minor complaints
  • document the complaint in the offender’s Performance Documentation file and next eval
  • in severe cases: order offender to cease immediately, document the events send copy directly to Chief
  • supervisors shall educate employees about harassment, monitor their employees for signs, isolate employees from further harassment (care should be taken to insure this is NOT perceived as punishment)
