p= pressure (Pa) (1KPa= 1000 Pa)
V= volume (m3) (1cm= 1 x 10-6 m3) (1dm3= 1 x 10-3 m3)
n= number of moles
R= 8.314 JK-1mol-1
T= temperature (K= C+273)
