1. There is credible info that a subject is armed with a firearm or other dangerous weapon (not simulated for unseen)
2. Subject is acting in a threatening manner
3. This will not include open carry subjects/pocket knives, when carrying the weapon is the sole justification for the call

(Star Protocol) During a Star Protocol event and the area supervisor is unable to respond due to extenuating circumstance, what will he/she do?

He/She will designate a senior officer to respond and take command of the incident.
Dispatch will request a sergeant/lieutenant from another area command to respond as well
