A
  1. All juveniles 17 years old and younger, within 2 hours after receiving the minimum data
  2. Missing person 18 through 20 years old, will also be immediately entered into NCIC
  3. Adults who;
    - has a disability
    - in physical danger
    - involuntary circumstance
    - victim of a catastrophe
    - other suspicious circumstances.

  2. The missing person has a physical or medial condition which would hinder their ability to care for themselves
  3. The missing person is a possible victim of foul play
  4. The missing person is thought to be suicidal
  5. The missing person has another potential life threatening situation
  6. The missing juvenile is identified as a High Risk Runaway
  7. The missing person is in possession of a large amount of money or a firearm
