  • Whitley Wildlife Trust (own Nature Reserve, Slapton Ley)
  • Natural England (designed Slapton as an AONB and SSSI)
  • Environment Agency (provide flood defences for Torcross + Beesands)
  • Residents and businesses (rely on A379, 50% trade is tourism)
  • Devon County Council (provide funding for engineering work, funding based on no more work needed until 2050 so if smth happens before then, the money pot will be too small)
  • Slapton Line Partnership (commissioned research to make te right decisions)
