- Residents and businesses (rely on A379, 50% trade is tourism)
- Devon County Council (provide funding for engineering work, funding based on no more work needed until 2050 so if smth happens before then, the money pot will be too small)
- Slapton Line Partnership (commissioned research to make te right decisions)
