How do the kidneys react to less blood?

vasoconstricion - by producing more renin - cycle.

Good in blood loss but bad in HF. ACEi prevent this.

cardioselective

(the work by stabilizing membrane and reducing arrhythmias)

Spironolactone - others improve symptoms but not prognosis
