glucose / sodium / chloride / citrate / potassium

Recommended in Mild-Moderate Diarrhea

as effective as IV replacement in children

      • DNU alone or for a long time

    • Yogurt + Complex carbs / Fruits / Veggies / Lean meats
  • Avoid:
    • ​dairy / fatty foods / spicy foods / simple sugars
    • alcohol / caffeine
