Emmeline Pankhurst, who founded the Women’s Social and Political Union (WSPU), was a Suffragette who died in 1913 fighting for the vote for women
Voting is so important that people gave their lives for the vote so you should honour them and vote because you are fortunate to have it when they didn’t - exercise your right to vote as many do not have this privilege
(OR did they fight for the right to choose to vote - other side)

You have the chance to be involved in social change
If you don’t like what the local government has done or is doing, you have the opportunity to change this by voting for a different party at the next election
