534 Loss of Cooling Water

CCR 1.1.2 - IF cooling water isn’t restored immediately, PLACE PC1016 Depentanizer Reboiler Heater Fuel Gas Controller in MANUAL mode and close the fuel gas regulator.

CCR/Oper 1.1.3 - VENT Depentanizer Tower to Low Line as needed to prevent lifting Relief valve to the 534D0025 Flare Drum

Oper 1.1.4 - Bypass unit by opening valve on feed bypass line to 632 Unit located at East Plot Edge.

Oper 1.1.5 - SHUT DOWN Depentanizer Feed Pump (534P0029/A).
