1.1 IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

Oper 1.1.1 - DIVERT/SHUTDOWN feed to unit @ plot edge if emergency allows.

CCR/Oper 1.1.2 - CONTINUE sweeping the unit with Hydrogen if the emergency allows the compressors to run. IF not, SHUTDOWN the compressor servicing 631 unit.

CCR/Oper 1.1.3 ISOLATE 631 unit from 630 using 61FV0013, Hydrogen to Rx if, 630 unit can safely run. IF hot sweep is possible on 631 unit, MARK this step N/A and continue.

CCR 1.1.4 - ENGAGE the Hydrocarbon Feed bypass on the 61HS0009A DCS & 61HC5214 SIS, with the process hydrogen and hydrocarbon feed flows above their low trip points. (If emergency allows for a Hot Hydrogen Sweep. If not, omit this step and continue to next step.)

Oper B. LINE UP 635 Diesel to the 631 Normal release line.

Oper C. CLOSE the 631 product release valve to prevent 635 Diesel from backing into the unit.

CCR/Oper 1.2.1 - NOTIFY FLS of the time we started backflowing 635 Diesel for accounting purposes.
