Oper B. WHEN the unit pressure drops to the Makeup Hydrogen Line pressure, OPEN the 2-inch Makeup Hydrogen to Recycle Compressor discharge line.

Oper C. ALIGN 62PC0302B, Purge to Fuels Header.

Oper D. ISOLATE 62PC0302A, Purge to Plant Hydrogen Header.

CCR/Oper 1.1.7 - CLOSE 62FC0100, Fresh Feed Flow Controller and outside isolation valves.

CCR/Oper 1.1.8 - WHEN 632D0001, Hot Flash Drum level falls to 10% as indicated by 62LC0201, Hot Flash Drum Level Controller, ISOLATE 62LV0201 Hot Flash Drum level control valve.

CCR/Oper 1.1.9 - WHEN 632D0002 Cold Flash Drum level falls to 10% as indicated by 62LC0206, Cold Flash Drum Hydrocarbon Level Controller, ISOLATE 62LV0206 Cold Flash Drum Hydrocarbon level control valve.

Oper 1.1.10 - REMOVE 632P0002A/B, Water Injection Pumps from service.

Oper 1.1.13 - REMOVE Light Ends Fractionator Level Control valve (62FV0114) from service by closing outside isolation valves.
