Q

meridian pathway

A
  • originates radial side of index finger
  • runs along radial side of index finger passing the interspace of 1st+2nd MC
  • dips into anatomical snuffbox
  • continues on antero-lateral aspect of forearm to lateral end of cubital crease
  • travels up upper arm to LI15 near anterior border of acromion process
  • runs to 7th cervical fossa (GV14) then connects to supra-clavicular fossa
  • 1 branch from fossa up neck and cheek, curves around upper lip, crosses filtrum where GV26 located and terminates at mid point of ala nasi on opposite side
from cheek internally connects with gums of lower teeth
  • 1 branch from fossa internally connecting LU, diaphragm and LI then to ST37, lower He-Sea pt
