-Mucous membrane that covers fornt of eye and lines eyelids

  • Associated corneal involvement (kerato-conjunctivitis)
  • Eyelid involvement (bepharoconjunctivitis)

A

BACTERIAL (S. pneumoniae*, s. areus, gonorrhoeae, chlamydia)
-Purulent, eyes stuck together

VIRAL (H. influenzae*)

  • Serous discharge
  • Recent URTI
  • Preauricular lymph nodes

  • No contacts
