  • Vesicular rash around the eye

- Rash on tip of nose (hutchinson sign) - indicator for ocular involvement

Management

A
  • Oral antiviral treatment 7-10 days
  • Oral corticosteroids (reduce duration off pain)
  • Ocular involvement = specialist review

Ocular: conjunctivtis, keratitis, episcleritis, anterior uveitis
