Q

What does the Golgi apparatus do?

A

Complex vesicle made of stacked pouches called cisternae.
Transports, modifies, packs proteins and lipids into vesicles for delivering to targeted places.
carries proteins to plasma membrane

16
Q

endocrine glands?

A

secrete substances directly into the blood stream.

17
Q

How does the pancreas have both endocrine and exocrine glands?

A

When secreting pancreatic lipase into small intestine is exocrine because its through ducts. when secreting insulin into blood it is endocrine because it is directly into the blood stream.
