presentation depends on where injury occurs
Crutch Injury/saturday night palsy if upward pressure in armpit
midshaft humerus leads to sensory and wrist extension

A

Innervates muscles of anterior forearm and thenars + 1st and 2nd lumbricals
Pronates the forearm and flexes the wrist
APE HAND (cant use thenar muscles)
Sign Of Benediction (cant flex digits 2,3) (proximal)
Median Claw (Resting claw hand from distal injury)
