Stick: Overhead

A

Arm closest to stick shoots straight up/angled like a diver, close distance and do an “A” frame, placing one forearm across opponents chest. Arm closest to stick goes over and around their arm, trapping the stick. With the opposite arm, extend onto neck placing pressure an center of neck and up into the chin. Force them back and rip the stick by punching/hammer fist forearm or overhand wrist pry.

Back Breakfall

A

Chin is tucked, slap floor at 45 degree angle, and try to keep one leg on the floor, second leg cocked.

Foot Grab: Pulling

A

Pull leg back, raise other leg and hips and drive down onto arm or hands with heal of opposite foot.

Foot Grab: Turn in/out

A

Attempt to pull leg in and do a 360 roll in the direction of the foot turn. Attempt to strike with second foot on turn.

Buck/Trap/Roll

A

Cover face. Place foot on outside of opponents ankle and lock it in. Bridge on the hips, bucking them forward and to the side of the ankle pin. Grab arm on same side as ankle pin and break/bend the elbow and roll over on top of them. Strike, trace the legs and stand.

Hairpull forward

A

Grab their hand, left hand down first, right on top. Go with the pull and palm heel strike the groin and face until they let go. Alternatively, if they grab your hair, but have not moved/pulled you, you can pin the hand to your head and do a wrist technique, while stepping and squatting backwards, driving them down.

Hairpull side

A

Grab their hand, left hand down first, right hand on top. One of your arms should be on the outside and one on the inside of theirs. Go with the pull and palm heel strike the groin and face until they let go.

A

Grab their hand, left hand down first, right hand on top. while pinning their hands, turn around and drive up, doing a wrist technique on them. Alternately you can palm heel strike the groin and face.

Front hair grab, pending knee

A

Grab their hand, left hand down first, right on top, pinning their hands. As they raise the knee to strike, come down with your right arm at 90 degrees and block the knee. Follow up with palm heel strikes and/or punches/elbows.

Choke Front pushing

A

Go with the push and plant left leg while raising right arm straight up into the sky. Your bicep and cheek should meet. Pivot left and come down with an elbow breaking their grasp. Follow up with strikes.

A

Raise arm straight up and have your bicep meet your cheek. Pivot in the direction of the raised arm breaking the grasp and strike.
