Q

Side Break Fall

A

Whatever side you are going to land on, swing that leg across the other to land on your side and smack the floor at a 45 degree angle (like a rear breakfall). Bring legs in to defend. (If on right side, left leg goes up to strike and right leg comes into butt, toes dug into ground. You are up on your forearm. (vice versa for opposite side). You can flip in this position to get to the other side. To stand, whichever leg is up, that foot goes flat on the floor and other leg sweeps under to get up in fighting stance.

Q

Side Head Lock

A

(Opponent is on your left side) Go with your opponent pulling your head down. At same time, turn to face them and have your right foot be in front of their right foot or in front of/in between their two feet. Strike to the groin with your right hand while your left hand comes over the right side of their face. With your hand on their face, thumb under chin, index finger under bridge of nose, and other fingers poking their eye, pull their head back out down (bring your elbow down to your pocket). Once their neck is exposed, strike to the throat area and follow up with additional strikes, knocking them back and to the ground. Vice versa for opposite side.

Thrust the knife back at them towards their face and or neck, stabbing them a few times, then do a cavalier 2, off to their knife hand side, having them go to the ground. If doing cavalier 1, grab their wrist and pull towards you as you push down on the back of their hand, forcing them to kneel and open their hand, releasing the knife.
