What is the Shema?

A

The most important prayer in Judaism, which is recited twice a day (morning and evening) in the synagogue. It supports the belief in one God

A

A

It is a friged prayer shawl that reminds the wearer of the commandments in the Torah

What is the Tefillin, what does it contain and what does it symbolise?

A

small boxes worn on head to symbolise the connecton of the heart and mind, emotion and intellect to God. It contains verses from the Torah, including the Shema

A

A
