(S) The retail department needed to increase dealer prime mix of business. (O) Only cashing non and sub prime deals so need to get dealer to submit ALL deals (A) I tracked deal types, approvals, declines, conditions, and cashed deals. I identified a pattern, reported to the Sales Rep, and Sales Rep had a discussion with the General Manager. Finance dept only sending specific deals. GM reinforced captive value proposition (R) increased prime approvals and cashed deals with dealer which resulted in better mix of business on portfolio that liquidated.
