(S) Several co-workers were off work when a new call monitoring systems enhancement was rolled out. (O) When my co-workers returned to work, I was tasked with explaining new system changes to them. (A) I created a pdf. document with step by step instructions, screenshots, and also held a hands on training at my desk and walked them through the entire process. (R) Saved downtime training and allowed for consistent workflow.
