Upon notification of SAHA the following procedures shall be followed:

• Limit all non essential idling
• Limit power consumption in facilities (turn off non essential lights, increase thermostat)
• keep bay doors closed
• Refueling of vehicles in early morning or evening hrs
• Non emergency activities requiring the use of powered engines should be moved from day time to evening (lawn cutting, aerial/pump training)*equipment check ins may continue
• live fire training MAY be suspended
• Inspections, home safe home may continue (eliminate idling)
• MFES to adjust work patterns
