A

Inconsistency

Positive functional signs

Absence of signs of disease

Eye movements: convergence spasm

Tremor: disappears with distraction, entrainment

Paralysis:
Leg dragged, hip internally/ externally rotated
“Give way weakness”
Inverted pyramidal weakness (Extensors vs Flexors)

“Fixed” dystonia, complex regional pain after minor injury
