it ALSO has the most potent Triglyceride lowering effects.
AND
the most potent HDL increase, 5-15%. (the others are 5-10%)

They are all CYP substrates, metabolized by the liver.

Rosuvastatin is only minimally metabolized by the liver, mostly excreted unchanged into feces.
