Learn the classification of ECG pathology

1
Q

Right bundle branch block

A
  1. Due to the abnormal pathway of deplorisation the right ventricle has to wait to be deplorised through the septum of the left ventricle. This leads to the first criteria a normal begining part of the qrs complex and then followed by another r wave. This leaves an RR pattern that looks like an M on the anterior leads… v1-v3
  2. Next another finding is on the lateral leads I, avL, and v5 and V6 there is slurring of the S wave.
