  • fulcrum in the middle between load and effort

Eg. Where muscles (effort) meet (fulcrum) the cranium (load)

A
  • where the load is the middle

Eg. The ball off the foot (fulcrum) with the heel (load) and the effort (gastrocnemius) for plantar flexion

Eg. Bicep curl where the weight (load) is being lifted by the bicep muscles (effort) with the fulcrum at the elbow
