Characteristics of Management

A

Stick-Character Actor with head of SRK comes to stadium to become manager of girls hockey team.

1. Goal Oriented Process - On sun rise, girls are told to hit the puck in the goal. Behind the goal is an orient fan, that they have to miss.

2. Pervasive - A girls hits very hard and her shoe rips. So SRK goes to Pervaz and asks him for high quality shoes, to which he gives spring shoes with superpowers.

3. Multidimensional - They all go back to the stadium and start playing again. There is a moti in the team who gets very tired so she goes to a tree and plucks multi vitiman tablets and eats them.

i. Management of Work - She realises she has lots of work left and she left the fridge on in the office, so she goes to the office to her manager and to work.

ii. Management of People - She finishes her work and goes back to stadium at the exit. She tries to manage people from getting in the stadium.

iii. Managment of Operations - A person who is under operation wants to go in, so she allows the doctors to take him in.

4. Continous Process - Then the giant door of the stadium opens, and girls of team come continously in contessa car. Next follows the procession.

5. Group Activity - Before match starts, team members form a group and pass knife as group activity. After starting the match also this knife gets passed around as a group activity to attack opposition players.

6. Dynamic Function - After stabbing all players, and reaching the goal. the goalkeeper has vicks with dynamite that explodes when thrown. So she keeps on throwing those at the players.

7. Intangible Force - Finally, when they just don’t stop, goal keeper trys to save herself and wears oven on top of her head, by which she turns invisible.

Objectives of Management

A

SRK aranges objects (blue diamonds and red diamonds) to be used by him and managers.

A. Organisational Objectives - SRK plays a mouth organ and objectvies automatically arrange themselves.

i. Survival - He sees sir taking viva in the office, and tries to grab book from him but gets beaten up.

ii. Profit - He then meats professor fitness who teaches him how to excrescise and become like prof fit.

iii. Growth - After excercising with prof fit, he starts growing immensley like hulk.

B. Social Objectives - Social activist Ramdev Baba comes and sits on objectives.

C. Personal Objectives - Since SRK is now strong, he lifts Ramdev Baba and takes his personal objectives for himself personally.

Importance of Management

A

SRK takes VIP and goes to management school. He goes as a lecturer.

1. Helps in Achieving Group Goals - He goes to class and over there shows how to achieve group goals by challanging all managers to hit ball in sun. Everyone tries, and SRK takes them outside and shows them by doing it.

2. Increases Efficiency - There is a lake outside and the next task of managers is to to catch fish in the lake. They have to go inside the lake, and as soon as they go inside, their shoes get spoiled. So then, he gives them special shoes which allows them to breathe underwater and increase number of fish caught.

3. Creates a Dynamic Organisation - They are all underwater and there is a tree there. SRK takes dynamite and plays mouth organ so that dynamite flies to tree. He blows up the tree and managers get hurt.

4. Helps in Achieving Personal Objectives - They take SRK back to class. Over there they tell him they no longer want him to teach personally and they ask him to go out the door. They tell him all his personal objectives can be found by opening the door of the locker.

5. Helps in Development of Society - As he is collecting personal objectives, Dev D comes to him and shows him knife and asks him to come to his society full of Dev Ds.

Management as an Art

A

SRK wants to become an artist and leave his job as a manager at a restaurant.

1. Personalised Application - SRK drops his personal application at many museums.

2. Existence of Theoretical Knowledge - Finally he is accepted by existential space museum, and over there in his interview he is asked to give a theory paper based on his theoretical knowledge. Further, he is asked about his theoretical knowledge and what theory of space does he belive in.

3. Based on Practice and Creativity - After the theory, he is asked to give practical and practice using a canvas and show his creativity.

Management as a Science

A

SRK wants to leave his job as a manager for target and become a Scientist.

1. Principles Based on Experimentation - He takes all principles (Meenakshi Sahni and Goldy Malhotra) in his lab to show them experimentation of brain with body.

2. Systematised Body of Knowledge - Suddenly his systems start beeping and he looks inside the body to find knowledge in the form of ancient books.

3. Universal Validity - Upon touching the books he reaches the universe and then falls down in a valley and gets dirty.

Management as a Profession

A

SRK wants to become a professor from manager at Dhaba.

1. Well Defined Body of Knowledge - He is on his way to college and then he falls in a well, when he comes out his entire body is aching. He defines it as the worst pain in his life. Books of knowledge are defined on his story, called defenied.

2. Restricted Entry - He continues on his way to college and college gaurd restricts his entry.

3. Professional Association - He calls his associate professor who he knows from childhood. The associate professor is in meeting of professor’s association.

4. Ethical Code of Conduct - At the meeting, they call a hathi and feed him calcium tablets. They then conduct tests on him, and see whether this hathi matches code on calculator.

5. Service Motive - The codes match, and the hathi turns into a moti. They ask the moti to serve them drinks.

Nature of Co-ordination

A

Dolly goes with SRK to see nature and there she finds chord. Upon touching chord, they are taken towards the sky.

1. Integrates Group Efforts - SRK and Dolly integrate group in effort to hold rope. They reach the sun, and over there Dolly sees britishers. Dolly gets annoyed and uses chord to integrate the group with effort of SRK, tieing them together.

2. Ensures Unity Of Action - Britishers break the chord and come out. Dolly Aunty gets furious and shouts time for action. She takes her shoes aand hits them on their face. Aunty in Action with her shoes.

3. Continous Process - She starts shaking a nearby tree and cords continously fall from the tree.

4. Pervasive Function - The britishers die, so Dolly and SRK go to Lonodon for their condolences. They go to door of Parvez and they see that he has tied himself with cord and hanged himself.

5. Responsibility of All Managers - Dolly tells SRK to call managers. Managers come, SRK shoes knife and asks for race=wala pony and they get it and rush to the hospital.

6. Deliberate Function - Doctors at hospital tell him to have daily bread with vicks to get better. They hold a dance function to see if he is alive.
