Attention = ability to select salient sensory inputs

Cognitive = mental representation of skill Associative = development of motor programme Autonomous = skill becomes explicit (automatic)
What are assimilation and accomodation in long term memory
Assimilation is learning that dogs have 4 legs
Accommodation is learning that cats have 4 legs but that doesn’t mean they are dogs
What is the difference between episodic and semantic memory
Episodic stories, experiences
Semantic = factual
