Reflexive verbs
The subject of the sentence does and receives the action. Reflexive pronouns: Me Te Se Nos Se
Present progressive
The action is in progress at this moment; basically a verb with an -ing ending.
Use the present tense of estar and a present participle (ando for ar verbs; iendo for er/ir.)
Ex: Estoy caminando (I am walking); estás comiendo (you are eating).
