A
- Increasing severe secondary dysmenorrhoea

Physical examination of Adenomyosis
A
- ‘Bulky’
2. ‘Boggy’ uterus

Ultrasound of Adenomysosis will show ;
A
- Haemorrhage filled distended endometrial glands

Tx of Adenomyosis
A
- Anything which will induce amenorrhea
2. Hysterectomy is the only definite treatment
