A
  1. Pelvic mass may be felt - in assoc with endometriosis

2. Fixed uterus - presence of adhesions

  1. High vaginal and endocervical swab
  2. Pelvic ultrasound scan
  3. Diagnostic laproscopy

A

Exclude pelvic infection in particular

  • Chlamydia trachomatis
  • Neisseria gonorrhoea
