A
  • Frozen grapes picked at temperatures of around -7.
  • The grapes with high sugar levels dont freeze.
  • In the crush only the sweet berries are crushed. the ones with low sugar level remain frozen due to the water content and can’t be crushed.
  • Leaves the concentrated high sugar and acid juce for vinification.
