Q

Phases for visits

A

Phase 1- initial phase. It’s roughly 6 months and u must see them twice a month at least one of the two needs to be at their approved residence

Phase 2- parolees showing signs of compliance w/ parole. More liberties and less frequent contact required. Face to face monthly at their approved residence

Phase 3- quarterly. U only see them 3x a year

Phase 4- u see them once every 4 months

At case review(every 6 months per case) u can suggest a parolee should mine on to phase 2 or stay where they are. Tell the parolees about their case review but not their phase

Contact tracing is a way that the computer lets us know who we have to visit, who we have to drug test, ect..so it organizes it for us. Also let’s us know when case reviews are up
