CSL Not technically on Parole but PSL is subject to parole regulations
CSL It’s for certain sex crimes committed between 94-04 and PSL is 04 to present
Any and all violations are a 3rd degree crime and new criminal complaint, as opposed to a parole violation like PSL
Violations on PSL are a parole warrant, administrative hearing and revocation process and CSL its fine through their town PD and courts
CSL is its own unit cuz it’s different u gotta deal with courts for everything it’s like they’re not parole
