Clinical Presentation

A

> Pain + Impairment of shoulder movement (typically in elevation via flex/abd and lateral rotation)
Altered scapula movement (lower traps with delayed activity)
+ increased superior glide of humeral head in glenoid
Painful arc (usually around 90 degrees to 120 degrees)

> Usually due to excessive or mal-adaptive load
