  • sleep
  • exercise
  • smoking

A

new-generation COCP e.g. Yasmin (drospirenone 3mg and ethinylestradiol 0.030mg)

SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor)

- may be taken continuously or just during luteal phase e.g. days 15-28 of the menstrual cycle
