What is feature matching in AAC?
A process of matching AAC device features to the individual’s specific needs, strengths, and preferences.
What is the purpose of a trial AAC device period?
To evaluate how well the system supports the individual’s communication in real contexts before making a final decision.
What is Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS)?
A method for measuring progress on individualised goals by setting levels from much less than expected to much more than expected outcomes.
