A

PF: disengage AT (keep ON if ENG Fail annunciated=AT drift down mode)
sets operative engine to TO/GA
“continous”
PM:sets thrust rate to CON
informs ATC
FSTN seat belt to ON
PF: sets OEI Altitude and verifies drift down speed
(confirm the OEI on MCDU = FMS engages EO Auto
drift down mode = FMS targets green dot speed and
sets cruise altitude as EO Max Alt)

“QRH engine 1 (2) failure….”

(response to Warning my be omitted if: daylight and 5 km
visibility and out of clouds and for both pilot obvious or
alert or warning was briefed and foreseeable)

A

PF: disengage AP
TL MAX detent
pitch 15 or PLI whichever is lower
maintain present configuration
climb to MSA or MORA
……..when clear of Terrain
resume level flight
engage AP
resume normal speed

PM: communicates with ATC
FSTN belt sign ON
scans for vistal reference
calls RA Altitude and MFD Terrain indications
and guides course of action
