Circling approach

A

set MDA on APA
45 off for 35 sec (correct for wind) with gear down and flaps 3 (OEI flaps 2 only and gear/flaps 3 abeam threshold and flaps 5 when leaving circling altitude)
1.5 to 2 nm offset
time check abeam (3sec for 100ft AAE)
