What/How to perform the Paxinos Test?

A
  • Examiner places thumb under the posterolateral aspect of the acromion, index and middle fingers superior to mid-clavicle
  • Pressure applied in an anterosuperior direction with thumb, Inferior direction on mid clavicle with index and middle

(PAIN elicited is + considered positive)
