tyrant - macbeth, noun, forceful leader, does not care about his subjects and their feelings, a dictator and oppressive of the country through his unrightful stance as king
blisters - noun, blisters form after repeated actions, macduff has been thinking and saying macbeths name so often it has caused blisters, saying it often due to suspicions etc OR blitsers because macbeth is burning and damaging the people and the country due to his unrightful rule

macbeth is being compared to lucifer, who used to be the most esteemed and distinguised angel.
macbeth used to be the most noble and honoured warrior, yet his actions have turned him against god due to his only loyalties being towards himself and his power and his ego

weeps, bleeds - verbs, Scotland, the nation is being directly affected by Macbeths unnatural rule, the country is suffering
miserable - abstract noun, the nation is in mourning and is not the prosperous nation it once was under the rule of Duncan
untitled tyrant - treason, but fitting, subjects dont believe in macbeth being the rightful king. they do not name him: out of fear or out of disrespect?

A

duncan was fundamentally a good king. even in death he is being honoured and his name provides strength and courage and patriotism for his loyal subjects
