- At castle - hamlet tells horatio on way england he found papers ordering his death - he forged new papers ordering roseencrantz and guildensterns death
- Osrik invites hamlet to a friendly dual with leartes - before duel hamlet asks for forgivness
- hamlet is winning the duel so claudius calls for a toast - hamlet declines but gertrude drinks the poisoned cup
- Leartes realises hes been hit by his sword and crys out - last words that he hamlet and gertrude have been poisoned by the king
- hamlet stabs claudius and forces his to drink poisoned cup
