explain aerobic respiration

A

1.) Glycolysis
2 x pyruvate (gluclose) = Acetyl-COA (link reaction)
enter mitochondria
2.) Krebs Cycle
CO2 removed from acetyl-CoA + oxalactetate = broken down to NADH FADH ATP CO2
H+ ions from pyruvate load up NAP+ = NADPH and FAD = FADH
3.) electron transfer chain
H+ ions move from inner membrane to inter membrane space via transport proteins
H+ ions flood through ATP synthase enzyme
E- electrons accepted by O2 and H+ ions afterwards makes O2 (waste)
