agriculture, mining and timber

Why do some people think that Africa will be involved in water wars in the future?
most African nations have very little clean, fresh water available for drinking and washing and many parts of Africa suffer from doughts.
Why do government leaders ignore industries who pollute the major water ways in Africa?
They make money off it if the businesses are profitable
What is a concern for people who depend on the Nile River for water?
pollution
Who are the people who live in the Sahara Desert and move place to place looking for food and water?
Nomads
How would you describe the Sahara Desert?
arid and very hot, with very little rainfall.The average daily temperature is over 100 degrees
Why are there few farms in the Sahara Desert?
Because it is a desert wth little fertile farmland
What can Africans expect to find when they leave their farms to live in the city?
