Level D - Verdugo unable to receive calls, EMERGENCY MODE, EOC activated
What is earthquake visual intensity scale
EVIS
0 - nothing felt
1 - felt, no damage
2 - windows broken
3 - block walls down
4 - structures shift off foundation
5 - visible collapse
When do you conduct code 3 survey after earthquake
Level 2 or higher
What are radio channels for earthquake mode
Red 1 - Dispatches
Red 2 - BC and Verdugo comms
Red 3 - Burbank only
