What is a Dashboard?
A Dashboard is a saved page configuration that can contain the Item List and Widgets and it will get updated automatically in response to any filtering or searching you do.
What is the Common Review Dashboard Application?
It’s a Relativity Application that you can installed and it includes common dashboards. It is a good starting point for using data visualisations in Relativity.
Dashboards Installed with the Application are:
- Document List
- Custodian Info
- Data Load QC
- Database Stats
- Document Characteristics
- Review Progress
If you can’t edit or create new dashboards what could be the reason?
You havent got the correct permissions
What Formats can you export dashboards in?
Excel or PNG
If you cannot access the widgets drop down menu for a RDO (Relativity Dynamic Object). Why could that be?
You must enable the Pivot property in the Object Type information for the object.
How to you control which Dashboard displays by default in the drop down list?
The one with the lowest order number
What happens when you reach the maximum number of allowed widgets in your dashboard?
The Widgets button is greyed out.
You can control this with the MaxNumberDashboardWidgets instance setting.
Do you need Excel installed in order to export a Dashboard in Excel format?
No!
But you will need Excel to view the Export
Mass Operations might sometimes be better off done at night. Why?
Mass operations like Edit, Replace and Delete can temporarily lock down the document table while executing. For databasses with a large number of records, it may be worth running this stuff at night
Can you use Mass Operations on Data Grid enabled fields?
No!
How do you configure settings on a Pivot thats already in your Dashboard?
Click the Burger menu to display Pivot options
How would you export multiple widgets to Excel at once?
You would need to export the Dashboard rather than the individual widget
What is Communication Analysis?
After running name normalisation within structured analytics, you can use the widget to visualise communication frequencies, patterns and networks between the entities linked to the currently viewed documents
Why might some entities not be visible to a reviewer in the Communication Analysis visualisation?
Documents (and related entity info) are omitted from the Communications Analysis if the user doesnt have permission to see the documents
Why might Communication Analysis widget not display?
Name Normalisation hasnt been run
