phlebitis
nephrotoxic
hypokalemia - pump ONLY over 2-4h w/rotated IV sites
anemia
infusion rxn: fever, chills, rigors, HA
tx: acetaminophen w/benadryl, or dantrolene
avoid: NSAIDs, aminoglycosides, diuretics
